September marked the release of a new offering from Zamwell.
“Unmasked: A Mental Health Podcast” is available on all major streaming platforms. Not into podcasts? Not to worry! We also offer videos of the recording of each podcast available on YouTube. Everything’s available in a new section of our website we call the digital resource library, linked below.

”Unmasked” is dedicated to education about mental health and wellness. We all wear masks everyday. We pretend things are fine; we pretend life is perfect; we pretend that we have no problems. “Unmasked” is about getting rid of those masks to get real about mental health and wellness. We feature local experts and people with lived experiences in conversations with co-hosts Kristen Bitzegaio (our executive director) and Dr. Courtney Ward, a psychologist and member of the Zamwell board of directors.
